Save the Date for the 2010 Northside Methodist Preschool Holiday Gift Show!

After nearly twenty years in operation, we are thrilled to announce significant changes to our annual Holiday Gift Show that will benefit the preschool, parent volunteers, and particularly our vendors. Extensive research on other gift and craft shows in the metro Atlanta area has led us on a new mission to make NMP's Holiday Gift Show the gift and craft show in Buckhead! The 2010 NMP Holiday Gift Show dates are Friday, November 19th (9am-3pm) and Saturday, November 20th (9am-3pm). Vendor set-up will be Thursday, November 18th (4pm-8pm).

The most significant improvements to our show are as follows:

• Show dates have been condensed from four to two selling days: Friday 9a-3p, and Saturday 9a-3p
• The quantity of exhibitors will double from approximately 45 to 90 by utilizing Northside United Methodist Church's Fellowship Hall and Gymnasium
• The preschool will no longer retain a percentage of vendor sales
• 10'x10' booth spaces will be reserved for a flat fee (tables may be rented for an additional charge)
• Individual vendors will manage their own sales at point-of-purchase (no central check-out system); merchandise will no longer be inventoried by show volunteers
• A $2 Admission Fee will be charged for shoppers (free admission to children 14 and under)
• Artisans of original hand-crafted items as well as vendors of new re-sale products are invited to participate
• Vendor participation will not be juried, although early registration is recommended (exhibitors will be limited in each product category)
• Innovative community publicity, family activities, food concessions, and raffles will be implemented
